When ordering our services please make sure to read the essential conditions of tools hand-in.
To ensure quick service and maximum convenience we work directly with the customer which maximizes the speed of the process (pick up the broken tool from the customer - diagnostics - getting the customer's approval - repair - return of the tool from the service center to the customer)
The warranty repair takes up 2 days excluding delivery, on condition of speedy communication with the customer and the customer's approval of the repair works should they have to be paid for. Force majeure conditions are excluded.
Warranty case - involves full compensation of expenses for warranty repair works, details replaced as part of the warranty and transportation services to pick up/deliver the tool covered by warranty.
In case of non-warranty repair the spare parts, works and transportation services are fully paid by the customer.

11.00am! Otherwise the courier will pick up your parcel on the following working day after your request.
1. Receipt of the tool at the service center
1.1 During the receipt of the tool at the service center for warranty repair
the client shall provide or send along with the tool in a parcel:
a copy of the bill of lading/till slip stating the purchase date and designation/name of the tool, a document proving the registration of the electric power tool for the 3 year warranty - in case the electric power tool has been registered over the internet for the 3 year warranty.
1.2 "N8" SIA is entitled to deny warranty repair if the factory number/serial number on the tool has been deleted, worn out or altered, or if the documents for this tool have not been provided.
1.3 Electric power tools which have been fully or partly disassembled are not accepted.
2. The warranty does not cover
2.1 Mechanic damage (cracks, dents, scratches etc.) and damage caused by corrosive media, high humidity, high temperatures, foreign objects getting into the vent grids of the electric power tools, should they occur as a consequence of improper storage (corrosion of metallic parts etc.)
2.2 Metallic cables with inner and outer mechanic and thermal damage.
2.3 The tools bearing the signs of damage due to overload (causing the failure of rotor and stator, etc.)
2.4 Non-compliance with operating manuals or improper use, tool misuse or using improper gear.
2.5 Normal tool wear and tear (full resource exhaustion, strong external or internal contamination)
2.6 Parts susceptible to normal wear and tear (carbon brushes, cables, ball bearings, rubber seals, packings etc.)
2.7 Replacement parts (chucks, collet holders, bus bars, sprockets, filters etc.)
2.8 Hard tooling (saws, drills, mills, saw blades etc.)
2.9 Tools with their factory number deleted, worn out or altered.
2.10 Preventive maintenance of electric power tools, e.g. cleaning, washing, greasing etc. - excluding the warranty cases.
2.11 Battery units with fully worn out resource.
All electric power tools should undergo regular maintenance. The frequency of the maintenance is equal to the life of the carbon brushes set. The operations of the maintenance workshop are carried out according to the current rates of the service center.
The technical malfunctions discovered during the maintenance are removed at no charge if they are covered by warranty, or agreed with the customer in the prescribed manner in non-warranty cases and according to the current rates of the service center.
If you have questions on the operation of the tool, we are always ready to provide consultation on how to properly operate the tool to extend the service life prior to applying to the service center.
"N8" SIA shall not be responsible for the information provided by any third party and related to service provision, representations, prices, repair deadlines etc.
"N8" SIA shall not be responsible for the tool handed to a third party in order to submit it to N8 SIA warranty service center, or for the tool handed to another service center (excluding the courier delivery companies commissioned by N8 SIA)
"N8" SIA shall not be responsible for a tool repaired in any other service center!
